What happens if you do not have a product in stock?
MBK will notify you if a product is not in stock and give you an ETA on delivery.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once you have ordered online with us. Your order will be processed within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
You may return merchandise within 30 days if it is unused and you have the receipt, original packaging and tags of the item(s). A return form will be included with every order. Please fill out and send returns to:

We do not refund shipping cost on your purchase.
Can I redeem a gift card online?
We do not have a way to redeem gift cards at this time. If you would like to use your gift card, please place a phone order.
What payment methods do you take?
You can use MasterCard, Visa or Amex.
How do you calculate sales tax?
MBK is required to charge CA state and local sales tax on orders shipped within California.
We may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws, such as those enacted by the State of New York.
Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state.
Are gift cards taxable?
No sales tax is charged when buying gift cards. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is redeemed.
