Shipping and Delivery
Retail orders (other than hard shell kayaks) received by 2:00 PM, PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM, PST will be shipped the following business day.
If the item is not in stock you will be notified of the backorder status within 24 hours.
Most small items will be shipped via USPS. Larger items will be shipped via UPS. Extra large or unusual shaped items (other than hard shell kayaks) might incur an extra cost due to the dimensions of the box.
UPS options are standard ground (arrives in 3-7 days) and next day air (arrives by 10:30 AM the following day). Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped next day air. We cannot ship via UPS to PO boxes.
Kayaks/Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP)
Any item including kayaks and SUPs can be picked up at either the Monterey or Moss Landing location. If you would like to have your kayak shipped to you, you can make arrangements with private transporters listed below. We can help you with initial arrangements and wrap kayaks/SUPs for transport, but you make final arrangements and payments directly with the private transporter.

International Shipping
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.
